Pre-order terms
The deal, in plain words.
Wombi is made by Astralis LLC in Melbourne, Florida. These terms cover pre-orders placed on wombi.store through our Stripe checkout. Last updated 25 September 2026.
1. What a pre-order is
A pre-order reserves one Wombi wearable from our first production run. The price is $49, and that is the full price of the device for early supporters. You will not be asked to pay anything more for the device itself. We may raise the pre-order price later; the price you paid stays locked.
2. When it ships
We do not have a shipping date, and we are not promising one. Wombi is still in development. We will email you as things progress and, before we ship, ask you for a delivery address.
3. Refunds, any time
You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your Wombi ships. Email hello@wombi.store from the address you used at checkout and we will issue the refund within seven business days. No reason needed.
4. Automatic refund after three years
If we have not shipped your Wombi within three years of your purchase date, we will refund you in full without you having to ask. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. If that method has been closed, we will contact you to arrange another way to pay you back.
5. The product may change
Colours, materials and details may differ from the renders and descriptions as we finish the design. If a change matters to you, you can cancel for a full refund as described above.
